每間公司都是棋盤， 而那些最愛說「我討厭政治」的人， 通常已經是棋子了。
職場政治不是說謊，而是算準時機。
不是邪惡，但一定不單純。
你可以再聰明、再努力、再有效率， 但只要你不懂權力的規則， 總會有人幫你「重寫故事」。
升得最快的是會講話的， 再來是懂得討好的， 最後才是那個真的有用的人。
還有那些相信「憑實力就能出頭」的人？
抱歉，他們通常是被踩得最穩的地基。
我見過笑著算計的、 沉默求生的、 還有以為「做人好」就能免疫的。
現實是： 這場遊戲很髒， 沒人能全身而退。
有些人浮、有些人沉、 剩下的學會游…只是盡量別嗆到太多水。
這是不是很低級？ 是。
是不是很悲慘？ 也確實是。
但這，就是現實世界。
你不隨波逐流， 就只能被大浪淹沒。

The loyal rise next.
The useful rise last.
And the ones who think meritocracy still exists?
They’re usually the foundation everyone else stands on.
I’ve met the players who manipulate with smiles, the ones who survive by silence, and the ones who confuse being “nice” with being safe.
Here’s the bitter truth:
not everyone gets to stay clean in a dirty system.
Some float, some sink, and a few learn to swim without swallowing too much.
Is it fair? No.
Is it reality? Absolutely.
Because not playing the game doesn’t mean the game stops.
It just means you’re not in it … you’re in someone else’s move.
